Bloodvine

This short vine is a fast growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 9 feet (2.7 meters)0.

It takes 3 months for the burgundy stems to mature, by which point they each have a diameter of 1 cm (0.4 inches) and remain soft and fleshy.

The circular, smooth leaves reach up to 5 inches (13 cm) in length. They are either dark grey or beige, with blood red patches, and have smooth edges.

During late spring, the vine produces a handful of average azure flowers, and during the late autumn, after flowering, it produces copious amounts of large seed pods.
