Azurevine

Climbing plant type: Vine (Grows upwards by clinging to almost any surface.)

This small vine is a fast growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 6 feet (1.8 meters) and growing as high as 112 feet (34.1 meters).

It takes 10 months for the gray stems to mature, by which point they have often fused together into ropes with a diameter of 2 cm (0.8 inches) and are tough and woody.

The pleated, rough leaves reach up to 3 inches (8 cm) in length. They are solid azure or black, with slate zig-zags, and have ripped edges.

During late spring, the vine produces balls of giant grey flowers.

It only grows on the most fertile lands.
It is difficult to cut through.
It is suitable for creating strong, durable textiles
