Silverfern

This silver moss is commonly found growing in medium-sized clumps In bogs, In marshes, and In rainforests.
It is short, growing up to 2 inches (5 cm) tall. It forms in sparse patches and can spread and grow quickly, and is slightly resilient.
When mature, emerald teardrop-shaped capsules grow at the end of short, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the late summer to release thousands of spores.
