Copperflower

This average-sized flower grows up to 1.3 feet (38 cm) tall. Its burgundy stems grow in bunches of 3 and are very thin and straight, and the large, copper leaves are finger-like with wavy edges. The leaves alternate on the stem.

Lots of small flowers grow along the length of the stem. The flowers are 16 cm (6.3 inches) wide, with cyan petals on the lower layer and olive petals decorated with white dots on the inner layer. The central disk is cyan. The flower head is shaped like a tube with 20 tightly layered, narrow petals. They are hardy.

It has a delicate scent that smells like new carpet, and it has copious amounts of pollen, but it does not cause any allergic reactions. It is a self-pollinator.
