Blue Tuft Grass

This small, brown grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The very thin stalks grow in large clumps that are strong and tough and they are exceptionally hardy.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a giant, blue tuft.

During the mid-autumn, it produces excessive amounts of pollen, and after flowering, it is left with a modest amount of giant grains.
