Bluebell

This large caudiciform grows up to 86 feet (26.2 meters) tall. The wide stem is sky blue, and is covered in sharp spines. It has a straight, round, bronze trunk atop a very thick mess of smooth, exposed roots. The branches are wide and gray-green and trail down to the ground.

The smooth-edged, wide leaves are slate with bronze tips. They are frail, but take little effort to detach.

It is very slow growing, taking 10 years to reach maturity. Once mature, several flowers with subtle green petals and a slate central disk grow at the top, reappearing every year. The flower head is largely flat with many widely spaced round-tipped petals. It has a faint scent that smells like a newborn baby.

The caudiciform's skin is extremely thick, the light brown flesh is smooth, and the light grey sap is thin.
