Crimson Moss

Moss type: Moss

This pink-red moss is commonly found growing in small clumps In rainforests.
It is short, growing up to 2 inches (5 cm) tall. It forms in thick clumps and they are exceptionally hardy, and is extremely flimsy.
When mature, emerald triangular capsules grow at the end of elongated, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the early summer to release hundred of spores.

It is suitable for creating tough, hard-wearing textiles
It blooms only at night.
It is very rare outside of a particular area.
