Caramel

This big leaf succulent grows up to 94 feet (28.7 meters) tall. The asymmetrical stem is orange, and is covered in sharp spines. The stumpy leaves are solid caramel or blue, with violet splotches. Small amounts of them grow on bulbous, lime green branches that are tall, rigid and upright. The leaves are tough, but detach easily.

It is quick growing, taking 8 months to reach maturity. Once mature, a single flower with alternating petals of dark grey and dark grey, with a red central disk grows at the top, reappearing once every 4 years. The flower head is made up of 57 petals; the lower layer of petals are flat, while the upper layers form a tight dish. It has a strong scent that smells like faeces.

The leaf succulent's skin is very thick, the light red flesh is smooth, and the hazel sap is thin.
