Azuregrass

This short, emerald grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The needle-like stalks grow in small clumps that are resilient and they are slow to spread and grow.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a medium-sized, azure tail.

During the late autumn, it produces lots of pollen; it does not cause any allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with plenty of large grains.
