Bronze

This short leaf succulent grows up to 9 feet (2.7 meters) tall. The thin stem is grey or purple, and is covered in handfuls of fine, caramel, hair-like spines. The bubbly leaves are solid bronze or vivid orange, with crimson streaks. Large amounts of them grow on thick, grey or purple branches that trail down to the ground. The leaves are light, and take some effort to detach.

It is very slow growing, taking 40 years to reach maturity. Once mature, a handful of flowers, with olive petals on the lower layer and slate petals decorated with olive dots on the inner layer. The central disk is beige, grow at the top, reappearing once every 3 years. The flower head is an uncoordinated mess of 27 curved petals. It has a mildly strong scent that smells like alcohol.

The leaf succulent's skin is thick, the gentle green flesh is smooth, and the blue sap is thin and causes vomiting if consumed.
