Bloodgrass

Grass type: Perennial (Grows along the ground or other low surfaces.)

This massive, blood red grass grows up to 26 feet (7.9 meters) tall. The pleated stalks grow in sparse patches that are flexible and they are slow to spread and grow.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a small, silver tail.

During the late autumn, it produces lots of pollen, and after flowering, it is left with plenty of small grains.

The sap is aquamarine.
It is suitable for making paper
