Creamfern

This cream moss is commonly found blanketing small areas In heathlands, On trees, and In rainforests.
It is short, growing up to 2 inches (5 cm) tall. It forms in extensive patches, and is very light; it burns easily in strong sunlight.
When mature, emerald V-shaped capsules grow at the end of short, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the mid-summer to release dozens of spores.
