Ambergrass
Grass type: Perennial (Grows the first year, flowers the second year, then dies)This modest-sized, green grass grows up to 2 feet (61.0 cm) tall. The perforated stalks grow in sparse patches that are flimsy and they spread and grow quickly.
When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a small, amber tuft.
During the early summer, it produces lots of pollen, but it does not cause any allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with a modest amount of large grains.
It is almost impossible to grow from cuttings.
It is suitable for making baskets and the like
