Clinging Fan Grass
Grass type: Biennial (Grows upwards by clinging to almost any surface.)This small, brown grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The fan-like stalks grow in large clumps that are rigid.
When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a giant, muted purple tuft.
During the late summer, it produces very little pollen, and after flowering, it is left with excessive amounts of giant grains.
It is suitable for creating flexible, durable textiles
