Climbing Rockvine

Climbing plant type: Vine (Grows upwards by clinging to almost any surface.)

This huge vine is a very slow growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 2,949 feet (898.9 meters) and growing as high as 522 feet (159.1 meters). It prefers to grow on rock formations.

It takes 31 years for the moss green stems to mature, by which point they sometimes have a diameter of 3.2 feet (97 cm) and are smooth and rubbery.

The finger-like, fuzzy leaves reach up to 1.0 foot (30 cm) in length. They are cyan and gold, and have ripped edges.

During late spring, the vine produces bunches of small bold blue flowers.
