Coppergrass

This average-sized, copper or violet grass grows up to 3 feet (91.4 cm) tall. The finger-like stalks grow in thin clumps that are sturdy and flexible.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a small, beige tuft.

During the late summer, it produces lots of pollen; it does not cause any allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with a handful of tiny grains.
