Cream Moss

This cream moss is commonly found growing in small clumps In bogs, and In moorlands.
It is short, growing up to 1 inch (3 cm) tall. It forms in small clumps and they are exceptionally hardy, and is slightly light.
When mature, emerald oval-shaped capsules grow at the end of long, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the late summer to release millions of spores; it can cause severe allergic reactions.
