Vineclasp

Flower type: Biennial (Grows upwards by clinging to almost any surface.)

This enormous flower grows up to 11.7 feet (3.6 meters) tall. Its moss green stems grow in bunches of 6 and are very thin with a curved tip, and the large, emerald leaves are wide with smooth edges. The leaves grow in pairs along the length of the stem.

4 to 9 small flowers grow on alternate sides up the length of the stem. The flowers are 114 cm (44.9 inches) wide, with solid beige petals decorated with hazel lines and a gold central disk. The flower head is made up of 33 petals; the lower layer of petals are flat, while the upper layers form a tight trumpet. They are sturdy.

It has a soft scent that smells like baby powder, and it has very little pollen. It is pollinated by a small species of bird, but is also visited by some specific types of insect.

It is suitable for creating fine, soft textiles
The sap is edible and very bitter.
It is difficult to cut through.
