Blueleaf Succulent

This small leaf succulent grows up to 6 feet (1.8 meters) tall. The narrow stem is gray, and is covered in many rigid subtle yellow spines. The thick leaves are either pastel blue, or olive with peach zig-zags. Large amounts of them grow on stumpy, gold branches that are very short, thin and wispy. The leaves are frail, and take some effort to detach.

It is very fast growing, taking 3 months to reach maturity. Once mature, several flowers with solid crimson petals decorated with bright yellow lines and a yellow central disk grow at the top, reappearing once every 2 years. The flower head is made up of handfuls of petals in raised layers. It has a strong scent that smells like cheap aftershave.

The leaf succulent's skin is thick, the magenta flesh is rubbery, and the ashy orange sap is thin and causes severe cramps if consumed.
