Succulent type: Leaf succulent (Stores water in its leaves)

This small leaf succulent grows up to 12 feet (3.7 meters) tall. The sickle shaped stem is olive and lime green, and is covered in large amounts of rigid blood red spines. The finger-like leaves are drab green with beige tips. Large amounts of them grow on slender, moss green branches that are long, thin and wispy. The leaves are frail, but easily come away when pulled.

It is steady-growing, taking 3 years to reach maturity. Once mature, and only under the right conditions, a single flower with petals that are copper on the underside and ashy blue on the top grows at the top, reappearing after 4 years, but only when the conditions are right again. The flower head is made up of dozens of petals; the lower layer of petals are flat, while the upper layers form a tight sphere. It has a soft scent that smells like paint.

The leaf succulent's skin is thick, the grey flesh is leathery, and the cyan sap is thin.

It is suitable for making baskets and the like
