Copper Moss

This copper moss is commonly found blanketing medium-sized areas In bogs.
It is large, growing up to 7 inches (18 cm) tall. It forms in small clumps and can overwhelm an area rapidly, and is very light.
When mature, emerald circular capsules grow at the end of short, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the mid-autumn to release hundred of spores; it can cause allergic reactions.
