Coppervine

Climbing plant type: Bine (Grows upwards by winding itself around other objects and plants.)

This average-sized bine is a steady-growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 36 feet (11.0 meters) and growing as high as 35 feet (10.7 meters).

It takes 2 years for the lilac stems to mature, by which point they have tangled themselves into thick mats with a diameter of 5 inches (13 cm) and are rough and gnarled.

The wide, fuzzy leaves reach up to 1.2 feet (36 cm) in length. They are either copper, or washed-out purple with magenta zig-zags, and have smooth edges.


It can survive a very long time without water.
It is suitable for creating flexible, durable textiles
