Yellow Coral

This short cactus grows up to 12 feet (3.7 meters) tall. The finger-like stem is gray-green, and is covered in brittle light yellow spines.

It is slow growing, taking 47 years to reach maturity. Once mature, and only under the right conditions, a single flower with petals that are crimson on the underside and purple on the top grows at the top, reappearing after 9 years, but only when the conditions are right again. The flower head is made up of handfuls of petals; the lower layer of petals are flat, while the upper layers form a tight trumpet. It has an intensely strong scent that smells like an ocean breeze.

The cactus's skin is tough, the cyan flesh is smooth, and the lime sap is thin.
