Crimson Moss

This pink-red moss is commonly found growing in small clumps In rainforests, In damp forests, and In marshes.
It is giant, growing up to 1.6 feet (48 cm) tall. It forms in extensive patches and they spread and grow quickly, and is extremely flexible.
When mature, emerald circular capsules grow at the end of short, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the early autumn to release thousands of spores; it does not cause any allergic reactions.
