Crimson moss

This crimson and grey moss is commonly found growing in giant clumps In damp forests.
It is average-sized, growing up to 3 inches (8 cm) tall. It forms in large clumps and they are exceptionally hardy, and is slightly light.
When mature, emerald kidney-shaped capsules grow at the end of short, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the late autumn to release hundred of spores.
