Climbing Violeather Vine

Climbing plant type: Vine (Grows upwards by clinging to almost any surface.)

This average-sized vine is a steady-growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 29 feet (8.8 meters)0.

It takes 3 years for the pink-red stems to mature, by which point they often have a diameter of 3 inches (8 cm) and are smooth and slick.

The very narrow and elongated, leathery leaves reach up to 1.4 feet (43 cm) in length. They are found in violet and pink varieties, and have toothed edges.

During late spring, the vine produces many clusters of average black flowers.
