Bluegrass

This small, azure grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The perforated stalks grow in large clumps that are resistant and they overwhelm an area rapidly.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a giant, brown tail.

During the early winter, it produces a fair amount of pollen; it can cause severe allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with plenty of tiny grains.
