Indigo Grass

This short, lime grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The circular stalks grow in small clumps that are delicate and they overwhelm an area rapidly.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a tiny, indigo tuft.

During the late summer, it produces excessive amounts of pollen, and after flowering, it is left with a few giant grains.
