Lime Grass

This massive, lime green grass grows up to 31 feet (9.4 meters) tall. The long, narrow stalks grow in small clumps that are rigid and they are slow to spread and grow.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a small, beige tuft.

During the mid-summer, it produces lots of pollen, and after flowering, it is left with a few medium-sized grains.
