Blue Zigzag

This colossal shrub grows up to 10 feet (3.0 meters) tall and lives for around 24 years. It is not very resistant to disease and destructive insect infestation.

It has many thick, wavy stems covered in thick, silky, dark brown bark, and the wood inside is mahogany-coloured.

The branches are very long and slender with dozens of twigs that and are covered with large amounts of small, perforated, leaves with rounded edges. The leaves themselves are either cream, or yellow with blue zig-zags, flimsy and crispy.

In late spring it produces a handful of giant, blue flowers with V-shaped shaped petals. They are sturdy and have a weak scent that smells like new carpet.
