Bluebell

This colossal shrub grows up to 15 feet (4.6 meters) tall and lives for decades, with the oldest known specimen being around 182 years old. It is somewhat resistant to disease and destructive insect infestation.

It has dozens of thick, slanted stems covered in thick, silky, dark brown bark, and the wood inside is pale brown.

The branches are short stubs that and are covered with large amounts of large, pleated, leaves with wavy edges. The leaves themselves are solid olive with deep yellow zig-zags, strong and clammy.

In late summer it produces thick bunches of giant, sky blue flowers with perforated petals. They are hardy and have a weak scent that smells like fresh linen.
