Bloodvine

This big shrub grows up to 9 feet (2.7 meters) tall and lives for around 48 years. It is somewhat resistant to disease and destructive insect infestation.

It has many narrow, wavy stems covered in very thick, smooth, gray bark, and the wood inside is white with black speckles.

The branches are short and thick that and are covered with sparse amounts of giant, long, narrow, leaves with rounded edges. The leaves themselves are purple and blood red, frail and covered in fine hairs.

It produces many small, bronze flowers with triangular shaped petals. They are sturdy and have a scent that varies in strength that smells like soap. In late autumn it forms smallcrimson, shelled seeds.
