Caramel Lily

This large flower grows up to 3.7 feet (1.1 meters) tall. Its hazel and caramel stem is thin and straight, and the large, orange-yellow leaves are long, narrow with rounded edges. Many leaves grow at the base of the stem, and more leaves grow in pairs along the length of the stem.

Lots of giant flowers grow along the length of the stem. The flowers are 15 cm (5.9 inches) wide, with solid lime petals decorated with light brown lines and a lilac central disk. The flower head is made up of 13 petals; the lower layer of petals are flat, while the upper layers form a tight cube. They are very delicate.

It has an overpowering scent that smells like new books, and it has lots of pollen; it can can cause allergic reactions. It is a self-pollinator.
