Emerald

This yellow-green moss is commonly found growing in small clumps On trees.
It is modest-sized, growing up to 6 inches (15 cm) tall. It forms in thin clumps and they are exceptionally hardy, and is overwhelmingly frail.
When mature, emerald heart-shaped capsules grow at the end of short, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the early autumn to release millions of spores; it does not cause many allergic reactions.
