Blue Hazel Succulent
Succulent type: Leaf succulent (Stores water in its leaves)This short leaf succulent grows up to 11 feet (3.4 meters) tall. The very thin stem is gray, and is dotted with small white spines. The rounded leaves are light brown and blue. Thick bunches of them grow on slender, muted orange branches that trail down across the ground. The leaves are resistant, but easily come away when pulled.
It is slow growing, taking 43 years to reach maturity. Once mature, and only under the right conditions, a handful of flowers, with petals that are sky blue on the edges and lilac at the center, grow at the top, reappearing after 10 years, but only when the conditions are right again. The flower head is made up of 11 petals in raised layers. It has an intense scent that smells like sweat.
The leaf succulent's skin is tough, the azure flesh is smooth, and the hazel sap is thin.

It is difficult to kill and will quickly regrow if it falls or if its limbs are knocked off.
