Emerald

This yellow-green moss is commonly found growing in small clumps In rainy mountain ranges.
It is huge, growing up to 10 inches (25 cm) tall. It forms in extensive patches and they overwhelm an area rapidly, and is slightly resistant; it can easily endure flooding and draughts.
When mature, emerald flame-shaped capsules grow at the end of elongated, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the early autumn to release hundred of spores; it can cause severe allergic reactions.
