Clinging Puffgrass

Grass type: Perennial (Grows upwards by clinging to almost any surface.)

This average-sized, lime green grass grows up to 2 feet (61.0 cm) tall. The long, narrow stalks grow in small clumps that are delicate and they spread and grow quickly.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a giant, orange puff.

During the mid-summer, it produces very little pollen, but can cause allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with plenty of giant grains.

It is suitable for creating strong, durable textiles
It can flourish even in standing water.
It spreads easily and often blanket large areas.
