Copper Moss

This copper moss is commonly found blanketing tiny areas In moorlands.
It is average-sized, growing up to 4 inches (10 cm) tall. It forms in extensive patches, and is extremely rigid.
When mature, emerald oval-shaped capsules grow at the end of short, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the early winter to release millions of spores; it does not cause any allergic reactions.
