Sunset Gold

Flower type: Perennial (Grows upwards by winding itself around other objects and plants.)

This colossal flower grows up to 15.3 feet (4.6 meters) tall. Its orange-yellow stems grow from the base of the plant in bunches of 8 and are very thin and straight, and split into several branching stems at the top, and the large, emerald leaves are thin with tattered edges. Many leaves grow at the base of the stem, and a pair of leaves grow at the base of the flower head.

Two small flowers sit at the end of the stem. The flowers are 26 cm (10.2 inches) wide, with petals that are either gold or hazel, with a yellow center. The flower head is made up of 16 petals; the lower layer of petals are flat, while the upper layers form a tight dish. They are sturdy.

It has a weak scent that smells like coconut, and it has a fair amount of pollen; it can cause allergic reactions. It is a self-pollinator, but is also particularly attractive to bees.

It aggressively steals nutrients from other large plants (but not each other).
It is suitable for creating fine, soft textiles
