Bluevine

Climbing plant type: Creeper (Grows along the ground or other low surfaces.)

This huge creeper is a slow growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 1,382 feet (421.2 meters) and growing as high as 574 feet (175.0 meters).

It takes 37 years for the red stems to mature, by which point they sometimes have a diameter of 3.7 feet (1.1 meters) and remain soft and fleshy.

The spear shaped, smooth leaves reach up to 2.9 feet (89 cm) in length. They are found in sky blue and dark brown varieties, and have toothed edges.

The bark, wood and leaves are edible.
It aggressively steals nutrients from other large plants (but not each other).
It is suitable for creating flexible, durable textiles
