Burgundy vine

This small vine is a fast growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 10 feet (3.0 meters) and growing as high as 631 feet (192.3 meters).

It takes 10 months for the burgundy stems to mature, by which point they can have a diameter of 2 cm (0.8 inches) and remain soft and fleshy.

The very thick, fuzzy leaves reach up to 4 inches (10 cm) in length. They are found in black and red varieties, and have smooth edges.

During late spring, the vine produces thousands of giant olive flowers, and during the late autumn, after flowering, it produces copious amounts of tiny fruits.
