Redgrass

Grass type: Biennial (Grows and flowers repeatedly for more than two years)

This modest-sized, red grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The needle-like stalks grow in small clumps that are resilient and they overwhelm an area rapidly.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a tiny, green tuft.

During the early winter, it produces an average amount of pollen, and after flowering, it is left with excessive amounts of medium-sized grains.

The sap causes itchiness of the skin
All of it is said to be part of one single, massive plant.
It is suitable for creating flexible, durable textiles
