Goldenleaf Succulent

This enormous leaf succulent grows up to 150 feet (45.7 meters) tall. The tapering stem is lime green, and is covered in sharp spines. The rounded leaves are either lime, or olive with red streaks. Large amounts of them grow on wide, brown and gold branches that trail down to the ground. The leaves are durable, and are very difficult to pull away.

It is slow growing, taking 33 years to reach maturity. Once mature, a single flower with cream petals on the lower layer and dark green petals decorated with hazel dots on the inner layer. The central disk is florescent blue grows at the top, reappearing once every 6 years. The flower head is shaped like a cube with 32 widely spaced, round-tipped petals. It has no scent.

The leaf succulent's skin is delicate, the white flesh is rubbery, and the dark brown sap is thin.
