Crimson Creeper

Climbing plant type: Creeper (Grows along the ground or other low surfaces.)

This massive creeper is a very slow growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 3,481 feet (1,061.0 meters) and growing as high as 836 feet (254.8 meters).

It takes 49 years for the green stems to mature, by which point they have tangled themselves into thick mats with a diameter of 1.2 feet (36 cm) and remain soft and fleshy.

The long, tapering, covered in fine hairs leaves reach up to 1.3 feet (41 cm) in length. They are solid beige or crimson, with copper splotches, and have tattered edges.

It absorbs an exceptionally large amount of water each day.
