White Puff Grass

This small, green grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The needle-like stalks grow in thin clumps that are strong and tough and they are exceptionally hardy.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a medium-sized, white puff.

During the early autumn, it produces copious amounts of pollen,but it does not cause many allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with lots of small grains.
