Copper Vine

This small vine is a fast growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 10 feet (3.0 meters) and growing as high as 120 feet (36.6 meters). It prefers to grow on specific trees.

It takes 3 months for the copper stems to mature, by which point they have often fused together into ropes with a diameter of 1 cm (0.4 inches) and are rough and woody.

The circular, smooth leaves reach up to 6 inches (15 cm) in length. They are generally copper, and have serrated edges.

During late spring, the vine produces a thick sheet of average florescent green flowers, and during the mid-autumn, after flowering, it produces plenty of large berries.
