Emerald

This moss green moss is commonly found blanketing giant areas In moorlands, In rainy mountain ranges, and On rotten logs.
It is average-sized, growing up to 5 inches (13 cm) tall. It forms in large clumps and they are exceptionally hardy, and is overwhelmingly rigid.
When mature, emerald shield-shaped capsules grow at the end of short, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the early summer to release dozens of spores.
