Silverleaf

This average-sized flower grows up to 1.9 feet (58 cm) tall. Its caramel stem is thick, and the huge, silver or sky blue leaves are circular with wavy edges. Many leaves grow at the base of the stem, and more leaves grow in pairs along the length of the stem.

A single small flower sits at the end of each stem. The flowers are 6 cm (2.4 inches) wide, with peach petals that gradient shift to lime on the outer edge. The central disk is magenta. The flower head is made up of many petals in raised layers. They fall easily.

It has a soft scent that smells like coffee, and it has very little pollen. It is pollinated by a small species of bird, but is also particularly attractive to insects.
