Emerald

This white moss is commonly found blanketing large areas On trees.
It is small, growing up to 3 inches (8 cm) tall. It forms in thin clumps and they are exceptionally hardy, and is very sturdy.
When mature, emerald triangular capsules grow at the end of long, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the mid-summer to release thousands of spores.
