Silverleaf

This small shrub grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall and lives for around 14 years. It is somewhat resistant to disease and destructive insect infestation.

It has several very thick, curved stems covered in cracked, silver bark, and the wood inside is white with black speckles.

The branches trail down across the ground with thousands of twigs that and are covered with sparse amounts of miniature, very thick, leaves with smooth edges. The leaves themselves are found in olive, purple and aquamarine varieties, light and smooth.

In mid-spring it produces clusters of medium-sized, brown flowers with long, tapering petals. They are sturdy and have an overpowering scent that smells like glue.
